2020-2022 : Resilience During the Pandemic
- Annual Festival events were conducted online via YouTube Live and Facebook Live due to Covid-19.
- Guru Nimakanta Routray initiated online Odissi music classes, keeping the community engaged.
- Launched International Odissi Raaga Sangeet Competition with global participation and cash prizes.
- Provided artistic and emotional respite during challenging times.
2023: A Grand Return
- Annual festival was celebrated post-pandemic over two days.
- Featured exceptional musicians from across India.
- Students delivered mesmerizing performances.
- Guru Ramahari Das honored with Alapa Sanman-2023.
2024: The 8th Annual Festival
- Two-day festival marked by outstanding student performances.
- Padma Shree Shyamani Pattanaik awarded Maha Guru Sanman.

2025: The 9th Annual Festival
- Festival attracted a large number of musicians and enthusiasts.
- Students experimented with innovative techniques, including performing two ragas simultaneously.
- Maha Guru Sanman, accompanied by a cash award of ₹50,000, was presented to Guru Ghanshyam Panda.
- Further established Alapa as a premier platform for Odissi music.
